The Arts & Education Exchange is a free, online service that connects educators with arts providers to give students an opportunity for expression and self-discovery through creative outlets. The Exchange, the first of its kind in Illinois, has the potential to help ensure every child in Illinois has access to art, music, theater, and dance. Visit the Arts & Education Exchange.
Arts at the Core
Arts at the Core: Every School, Every Student was the first and only audit of arts education in Illinois public schools. Despite almost all principals and superintendents agreeing that the arts are essential to a well-rounded education, Arts at the Core discovered 1 in 5 schools in Illinois offered no programming in the arts.
