Governor announces new $54 million ISU Fine Arts Complex

Governor Pat Quinn announced that the Illinois Jobs Now! capital construction program will provide more than $54 million for the development of a Fine Arts Complex on the Illinois State University campus. The project is expected to create 775 construction jobs in the Normal community.
