  • Presenters and Single Day registrants are excluded from this offer.

  • No need to register on the same day to take advantage of the registration discount.

Drop in for a Day

Can only attend for one day? Single Day registration is available. Guest passes, which exclude meals and special events, are available for those who only plan to attend one or two sessions.

Get a Roommate

Interested in sharing a room with another conference attendee to help reduce the cost of attending the conference? Just check the Roommate Referral box on the registration form and we'll send you a list of other interested attendees. To be eligible for the program, registration forms must be received no later than April 13, 2009.

Scholarships

In an effort to make One State accessible to all members of the Illinois arts community, the planning committee has created a limited number of scholarships to subsidize conference registration fees and lodging for the night of June 1st.

Individual artists, students and board members are encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to early and mid-career professionals, representatives of small and mid-size organizations, and first-time One State attendees. Awards will reflect the diversity of the arts in the state. To apply for a scholarship, submit:

  • completed registration form

  • current resume

  • a letter (maximum 3 pages) which includes the following information:
    • If you represent an organization, the organization name, location, mission, number of paid staff and annual budget

    • Brief personal bio

    • Previous technical assistance/professional development experience (conferences, workshops, etc. attended in the last 3 years)

    • Statement of financial need

    • An explanation of what you hope to gain from attending One State

One State scholarship applications must be received by April 29, 2009. Recipients will be notified by May 8. All scholarship recipients are required to submit a brief report to IAA within 30 days after the conference.
