Mentor program development toolkit

A toolkit designed to assist local arts agencies, nonprofit service organizations and others with designing and implementing a mentoring program in their community.  The toolkit contains step by step instructions that will take you through all phases of the program's design, implementation and evaluation. Templates, sample forms and tip sheets are included that can be used internally or as handouts for program participants.


Peer Coaching program development toolkit

An online toolkit designed to assist local arts agencies, service organizations and others who are interested in creating a peer coaching program for their constituencies.  The site contains tools to help you better understand the peer coaching philosophy, the basics of program development and to direct you to available resources for this purpose.


A Helping Hand for Unexpected Leadership Transition

Advice and tools to aid small and midsize organizations during times of leadership transition.  Created for use by boards of directors, executive committees, transition teams, and search committees, this toolkit includes sample organizational charts, job descriptions, board roles and responsibilities, work plans and performance evaluations, compensation packages and additional resources.


Midwest Community Arts Leaders Resource Center

A collection of resources, including websites, articles, and consultants to help you address a variety of issues including funding, organizational development, marketing, and strategic planning.
